In my early 20s, I was a ballet dancer, but I was shamed out of the dance world because my body didn’t fit the ‘ideal’. I know all too well what it feels like to hate your body, and it’s taken me years to realise that my worth isn’t tied to how I look. Now, I want to help you discover your own value and show you that achieving a leaner, more energised you is entirely possible—no matter your age!
